Terms and conditions

Thank you for your interest in my private chef services. To ensure a smooth and professional experience, here are the terms and conditions applicable to all bookings made on my site.
1. SERVICE PRESENTATION
I offer private chef services specializing in plant-based cuisine and specific diets. Based in Éygalières, I travel within a 20 km radius (Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, Maussane-les-Alpilles, Mouriès, Orgon, etc.) for standard services, and further for larger missions.
2. BOOKINGS AND QUOTES
Bookings are made via my online form or direct contact.
A personalized quote is provided for each service and is valid for 7 days.
The reservation is confirmed only after the quote is accepted and a deposit is paid (see Payment section).
3. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are in euros (€) and include VAT and ingredients, unless otherwise stated.
Payment can be made via bank transfer or in cash.
A 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking.
The balance must be paid on the day of the service, before or after the service.
4. CANCELLATION AND REFUND
By the client:

Cancellation more than 72 hours in advance: the deposit is refunded.

Cancellation less than 72 hours in advance: the deposit is kept.
By the chef:
In case of unforeseen events (illness, force majeure), I will make every effort to find a qualified colleague to provide the service with the agreed menu, maintaining the same culinary standards and pricing. If this is not possible or does not suit the client, the client may opt for a refund or reschedule the service to a later date.
5. SERVICE CONDITIONS
The client agrees to provide a clean, functional, and accessible kitchen space.
The service includes preparation, plating, and cleaning the workspace.
Table service is included only for the packages that mention it.
Tableware and decoration are not included, unless specifically mentioned.
6. ALLERGIES AND SPECIFIC DIETS
I adapt my dishes to the specific diets mentioned at the time of booking.
However, I cannot guarantee the complete absence of traces of allergens in my preparations.
It is the client’s responsibility to clearly inform me in advance of any severe allergies.
7. RESPONSIBILITIES AND INSURANCE
I am responsible for the dishes served until they are handed over to the client.
Any damage to the client's property cannot be held against me, unless caused by proven negligence.
I hold professional liability insurance to cover my activity.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The photos on my website are taken by photographer Mike Stunfield and cannot be reused without written permission.
9. MODIFICATION OF TERMS
These terms and conditions may be modified at any time. Any updates will be published on my site.
